The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Technical Product Manager who has a strong affinity and passion for organizing and modeling data, along with exceptional attention to detail. This role involves conceptualizing and defining data models for unstructured and semi-structured data.

Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum 4+ Years of Relevant Experience: (i) Participation in multiple projects requiring organization and structuring of unstructured or semi-structured data. (ii) Likes details and can meticulously own large, complex data sets
  • Affinity for Data Organization: (i) Natural fondness for structuring information. (ii) Enthusiasm for organizing, analyzing, and presenting data effectively. (iii) Appreciation for clear, accessible data representation.
  • Data Analysis Techniques: (i) Profound knowledge in techniques to organize, filter, clean, and structure large datasets. (ii) Ability to standardize complex data into a manageable format.
  • Data Modeling: (i) Conceptualization and development of data models for diverse financial documents. (ii) Ability to represent information in a normalized format accurately.
  • Database Management: (i) Familiarity with database technologies and design principles. (ii) Understanding of normalization rules to reduce redundancy and improve data integrity.
  • Exceptional Attention to Detail: (i) Meticulousness to ensure all variations in data are accounted for. (ii) Diligence to prevent loss or misrepresentation of critical information.
  • Analytical Mindset: (i) Strong organizational skills and thoroughness. (ii) Ability to dissect complex problems and analyze data from various angles.
  • Derivation of logical, efficient solutions.
  • Methodical Problem-Solving: (i) A systematic approach to addressing and solving problems.
  • Patience and Perseverance: (i) Ability to perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy. (ii) Persistence and diligence in refining models to accurately reflect data.
  • Adaptability: (i) Openness to new information and flexibility to adjust models and approaches. (ii) Ability to adapt to new data types or challenges as they arise.
  • Critical Thinking: (i) Capacity to question assumptions and existing models. (ii) Ability to propose enhancements for increased accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborative Projects: (i) Experience in multidisciplinary teams. (ii) Ability to translate technical details into actionable insights for diverse team members.
  • Continuous Learning: (i) Track record of learning and applying new techniques or technologies. (ii) Commitment to improving data analysis and normalization processes.
  • Programming and Scripting: (i) Proficiency in at least one programming language is required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Financial Acumen: (i) Understanding of financial concepts and terminologies. (ii) Understanding of common structures and contents in financial documents.
